Preferred pronouns: She / Her / Hers

I have over eight years of experience working directly with individuals, couples and families to discover new methods for managing life stressors. My clinical approach is strengths-based and person-centered. I have completed the 2020 Moms and postpartum Support International certificate course in maternal mental health and am certified to administer the Prepare-Enrich couples' inventory. I have also completed the training for Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). When working with youth I utilize play and other creative arts to assist them in communicating emotions and working through difficulties. Client's can expect a calm, respectful environment as we work toward improved mental health.
